Liz was born and raised in Guelph. She attended St. James High School and then completed an honours BA in English at Brock University.
She has dedicated more than 15 years to building community through her work in the nonprofit sector and has volunteered with many local organizations.
Liz saw the positive effects of homeopathy after having used it personally for many years. This inspired her to launch into a new career and complete a three year formal training program in classical homeopathy from the Ontario College of Homeopathic Medicine in Toronto, Ontario. Following this, Liz completed the requirements for professional designation and has been a registered Homeopath with the College of Homeopaths of Ontario since 2018.
In October 2022, Liz completed coursework in the year-long Kresser Institute ADAPT functional health coach program and continues practicum coaching with certification expected by April, 2023. She is excited to bring this new modality into her health care practice and sees it as complementary to her homeopathy services in helping clients achieve optimum health.
There is definitely a strong sense of community and family with Liz. She’s raised two boys in Guelph and always considered it a great place to call home.
She continues to give back to the community and enjoys delivering health care services for those seeking help in the region.
